    Personality: For someone growing up with 3 older brothers, she developed into a rather calm and laid back person. She is pretty relaxed with a gentle nature, always doing her best at keeping a clear mind. Most of the time, she is well mannered, adding to the confusion and causing people to make her out as a 'gentleman'.

    However, because she was raised with four other males in the den [Father + 3 Brothers], Harlan is dependent to the point where she believes that her issues and burdens must be dealt with by her, and herself alone. Stubbornness is also an issue with her. If she has made up her mind about something, she will follow through with that decision.

    For reasons unknown, she also believes that if she bottles up all her emotions and problems, they will eventually dissolve. However, it merely ends up with them building up, pushing her to a breaking point, and resulting in an explosive outlet unto another person.

      Positives: Patient. Polite. Chivalrous. Meticulous. Quiet.
      Negatives: Stubborn. Blunt. Tactless. Introverted. Reserved.

    History: Growing up with 3 older brothers and as a beast of the harsh Arctics, she knows how to handle her own when needed and how to take down things that displease her. She's a natural born hunter and competitor, meaning she hates being told what she is capable and incapable of doing by another person.

    During hunting, one night, as her brothers and she pursued a particularly large prey, she was separated from them and captured by the government. Hurt by the capture and confused by confinement, she could only make out and understand so much of the talking going on around her.


    D E M O N F O R M

    Species: Snowshoe Chimera - Found only in the northern ice shelves, they travel about the Arctic Circle depending on the seasons. During Spring, these demons mate for life and find solid ground to give birth to young. A litter can be from 2-6 cubs. Despite their names, they are fierce predators that can easily match a Polar Bear not only in strength but also in size. They are capable of flying, diving, and have an incredible sense of balance due to their tail.

    Their diet includes berries, smaller animals, birds, sea animals, fish, and occasionally moose or deer when upon solid land.

    Element: Though under the category of ' Water ', the Snowshoe technically control water in it's more solid form: Ice. The species uses the surplus amount of snow to often create figures [ often in the shape of other animals or demons ] to use as a distraction for predators or to gang up on prey. They are extremely good at controlling their element in all three forms, though the use of water as a solid is most common.

      Current Ability:
      † As of the moment, seeing as she is still new to her human form, Harlan is capable of creating only small animals with her ice. When moving, they are in the form of a slush, though upon attacking, they solidify.

      † She also has a trick of condensing ice shards and scattering them to the floor. While she attacks and defends, they draw out all the moisture around them like magnets, ready to spear out form the ground upon commands.

    In Battle:

      Strengths: Agile, fast, and powerful, in both Demon and Human form, Harlan is capable of flight along with a heightened sense of smell and sight. She has incredible balance from her oversized bushy tail and can easily climb past obstacles without loosing her footing. Also, like most cats, she makes little to no sound while moving around, making her a great addition to a stealth team.

      Weaknesses: Extremely susceptible to the heat. If there is an open flame near Harlan whether in Demon or Human form, she will immediately become more stumbling. Heat makes her sluggish and disoriented, as do loud noises and bright lights. Her sharp senses of smell and sight can also be her downfall.

      Likes: The Quiet. Reading. Being Around Nature. The Cold. Sweets. Meat. Lots of Meat.

      Dislikes: Being Treated Differently. Noisy People/Places. Loud Noises in General. People Pulling Her Tail. The Heat. Sours.

      † Harlan has something known as Absolute/Perfect Pitch. It is the ability recreate any tone she hears without a reference to an extent. Due to this ability, she is also able to match a voice she's heard to a face with the same voice, without having ever seen the person's face in the first place. Unique sounds also stay with her, along with voices, such as the way certain guns fire. However, because of this, accompanied by her sharp hearing, off-key tones bother her, and the sound of thunder can make her into a nervous wreck.

      † She carries around a WangYue Pendant Ocarina which hangs around her neck. It is in Alto C, reaching an octave and a third in range. She uses it to calm herself down if her ears pick up too many things at once.

      † While in human form, her wings are retractable. However, for the most part, she keeps them tucked away because they are impractical in the uniform. She also refrained from calling them out as they ruin her shirt and hurt like a bitch to grow out.
